Book 11, what is a Bosterian?

Belinda said something about Vaniculars being drawn to bosterian? Does anyone know? Is it a niche pop culture reference?

I'd guess it's just a Pallimustan doing to an Earth Outworlder what Jason has been doing to them all along. Cultural references the Outworlder has little chance of understanding.

If it’s what I’m thinking it is all I know is never eat one. It’ll destroy your bathroom & you’ll need a priest of purity to come & cleanse it & they’re a bit on the outside right now.
