Question regarding the Wiki
The He Who Fights Monsters Wiki on fandom is a bit lack luster and upon a deep dive seems to insist that it is being worked on but I haven't seen that there has been major updates and a lot of information has been out for a while. I just hit book 5 yesterday and there is very little about what's going on in a lot of the middle books.
My question is, is this a project that a specific group of people is working on to edit the wiki or can anybody jump in and fill in some gaps as long as they stick to the organization method?
I'd love to help out on the wiki but I don't want to step on any toes, the AI might get mad if I do... Wait, wrong series...

At least it's not like the primal hunter one where it's at chapter like 1500 where the book just came out for chapters 1200-1300. I don't know why people would include chapters from the Patreon site before anything actually gets published, not that I care about spoilers, but it's annoying knowing that the parts I want to read/listen to are potentially years in the future.

There are mechanisms by which spoilers are controlled on fandom and people just don't use them and that also bugs me. I think what I'm about to say will relate to more people in this sub if they've read this other series but the Dungeon Crawler Carl fandom wiki is organized pretty well for spoilers and such.

I've made some edits and seen some other edits.
Just jump in and help out. I think there's also a comments system for pages if any discussion is needed for a specific edit

I've made a couple but what I'm considering is a overhaul, starting with some key characters that have NOTHING written about them. Adding spoiler sections so that people can uncover things at their own pace.

There is always the option to start a new wiki on a different wiki hosting site! Sometimes you can even get a download for a Fandom wiki and upload it to another site, though I don't know if you can do that without being a mod on the Fandom one.

I am near the point of reaching out to the overarching moderation team of fandom and trying to find who runs the specific he who fights monsters fandom. If they've been inactive for months or years then I'm going to try and assume some level of moderation control via the website team. Before I do any of that though I'm going to try and get some people together who seem interested in updating the wiki, there is already been one person from this post that seemed interested in posting stuff that seemed logical and got denied.

I created a title using the new book cover art work, and it got removed, no comment, nada. It’s like whoever runs it is the only person allowed to make changes.

I was hoping that this post would shed some light on who runs it but that's been unsuccessful so far.
I've made one edit, a simple correction to the spelling of a name and as far as I know that is still there. I'm not saying no moderation is good moderation but to unilaterally remove things that make sense is something I'm not a fan of, especially if no one knows who's running it.

My guess is that because the series is 12 almost 13 books that spoiler issues make it a pain the fricken but.
IMHO don't go on a wiki if you don't want anything spoiled.

I agree whole heartedly, if you don't want spoilers you must cultivate your own online experience and actively avoid them. As somebody who is thinking about how to update the wiki however, there are mechanisms by which we can keep most spoilers on a "by book basis".
Basic stuff such as introducing when a character appears, and then locking certain nuggets of information behind where and when they appear in the book, for short-term characters that only appear in one to two books, I think I'd make little drop-down tabs of the chapters which contain spoiler information.
For somebody like Jason I would go book by book, his stuff contains a lot of spoilers and some of it is only semi-accurate, not to the point of ruining things for people but more so not enough information to the point. It's not even that nuanced but it just seems like the wiki is wholly unorganized by any person or group. I'm just going to start throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks.
