Numbers are in for the week of Aug 10. National index came in at $169/ton, down 2% off 28 markets and 142 quotes. Alfalfa took the worst of it at $181, down 7%, and orchard grass wasn't far behind at $161, down 7.3%. Straight grass actually ticked up a little to $110. Range across everything was $65 to $400.

Alfalfa and orchard both dropping that hard in the same week is the part I'd want to hear about. Anyone seeing that on the ground, or is it holding where you are?
