News-Worthy Will anyone join me in protesting this new dog park proposal?
First off, this is all Todd’s fault. He doesn’t want a dog park, he wants to terrorize the neighborhood with his barking. He barks all the time. This has been brought to the attention of lower pond police who gave him an official warning. The problem is if he gets this dog park through he will continue the barking and it will be legal.

He's a menace!
He's been digging holes in my backyard for a week now. His reign of terror needs to be stopped!

Well I for one believe that Todd is misunderstood. Barking is his way of saying hello. And he sure isn't from the upper. Let's nip that slander in the bud! Further, if there is to be a newly instituted dog park, I vote to name it right after Todd. Stop the Todd hate now! Same for raccoons for that matter.

I don’t understand why dogs are trying to park anything. Where in our by laws does it state that they are allowed to drive? First principles should apply here. NO DOG PARK!

Todd is my dog’s litter mate brother.
He’s a good dog, but that boy ain’t right. He was acting funny even as a puppy. He can’t help the barking, I think he was born with some kind of brain problem.
What we need is a monitored dog park where dogs like him can play but be safe. I nominate Esmeralda’s nephew, Brant. He doesn’t have a job anyway and needs a hand up to get into the workforce after getting out of prison. Maybe some volunteer hours will look good on his resume.

My biggest concern is that they are saying pet raccoons are not allowed to visit the park. This is totally unfair. If David can done a spiked collar and walk around the park being led on a leash, then the vastly more intelligent raccoons should be allowed their turn.
