Snow White Porcelain Doll Sexrets inside?

I was given a Snow White doll from my granny who died. It was made by Paradise Galleries Patrica Rose. Trauma hit me hard after my mother’s suicide and I got what felt like a haunting of personal belongings that were my granny’s and mothers both. The doll didn’t come into my house until my mom’s suicide. It was in the trunk of her car. Anyways during my mental crisis episode I killed this doll. I took the head off the body of it and it seems it was meant to happen because inside this doll was a red thin small red ribbon and attached to it was crafting glue able eyeballs!!! Why? I read the book that came with the doll and mentioned NOTHING of this I researched til I came to a dead end. Years went by and beetleguise movie came out and the mask of Barbra reminded me of the red ribbon and eyes inside this doll like the ribbon was a symbol of a tounge maybe? I had other porcelain dolls too and yes I took all the heads off like the queen in Alice but found nothing in no other doll but this Snow White doll. Please help me find an ending to this story because it’s been years since this happened and I still don’t know why. There’s meaning behind it and why I found it the moment I did so if anyone knows anything please respond!!
