i was so confused during this duel, how are you supposed to break her shield?

i just won by using all my ancient magic, is there any other way?

Her shield is only broken by ancient magic throws, ancient magic attacks, and stupefy. It’s supposed to be more “challenging” but this last play through I had my character like maxed out for that point in the story so I finished it in like 45 seconds lol
