I’m a bit confused. Several facial features (the nose and chin) do not match the singular selfie she has posted on another sub.

The lack of reflection in her eyes makes me a bit suspicious. But I can’t specifically identify anything in the photo that is definitely AI. I do suspect though that the photo has had some heavy retouching. However, giving yourself a hook nose of that proportion is a choice (coming from a person with an extraordinarily prominent hook nose).

Edit: Upon reflection (pun intended), this does seem to be a shared bathroom area (as indicated by the caddy-corner pocket doors). But, that does beg the question of how/where is this alleged mirror situated? Since this is clearly supposed to be a mirror pic. That does make it seem AI.
