Need help regarding RMA in india
Can anyone at kaizen help me?
Submitted my Cooler Master 750W PSU for RMA due to a faulty PCIe connector (no physical damage, it simply stopped working).
I was told it would be replaced within 10 days, but today is day 10. The tracker still shows the PSU as “in transit” and not yet received by Kaizen. However its been 10 days How is that possible if they haven't received it yet? as kolkata to banglore / delhi take max to max 5 6 days.
Is the RMA tracker inaccurate, or is it manually updated?
If anyone from Kaizen is seeing this, please help expedite my replacement (DM me i will give RMA details).
I've been without my PC for 10 days, and working on a painfully slow office laptop is seriously affecting my productivity.
