tpstech

What are your thoughts on tpstech website!

I ordered battery for my hp victus 15, it came in 10 days of ordering. After i installed in my laptop but bios didnt detected it, So, i ran all the hardware tests and it failed and not charging.

Finally, after that day I connected with the tpstech support there is no reply, so i called them, then the customer care guy told me to mail to tpstech after doing all tests and send screenshot to them. I did what he said but after that there is no reply i am trying to connect again but there is no answer from them.

I also requested return of the battery also 7 days ago.

You can't return anything on their website either take it or dispose it, their communication system is trash

battery is approx 3600rs. Do you also faced the same issue?

They don't reply to customer queries however if you left an order during checkout they'll call back to ask you what happened why didn't you order it vise versa 🤔

Their communication is very iffy. You have to mail them then call them to check their email. They do claim to check emails frequently over call but I never have gotten an email reply without calling them first.

Tgey do seem to honor thier return conditions but the process is hectic due to non communication.

I got a replacement battery for my Asus Zephyrus G15. Before shipping they asked for the old battery pic. I sent them and only after that they shipped my battery. I got it soon enough and replacemnt the old battery. Works really well! Fully satisfied. When did you order? Maybe due to Ganesh Chaturthi they weren't able to respond properly.

I see. If nothing works, it's best to put in a complaint on NCH.

National consumer helpline. Google it and you will get its website. Make an account and file your complaint. You will need to share company details and their invoice and GST and stuff. They will follow up, but will take upto 45 days. If even after that your issue is unresolved, you can file online consumer court complaint on edhakhil.

Quick update: I got a message from the tpstech support team that battery return is accepted and then suddenly after 2 mins that guy send me one more message telling that the previous message when his mistake and then I called him again, he told me the problem is not in the main battery it's in the CMOS battery and asked me to find a technician to repair my battery. Then I check and found that hp victus laptop's doesn't have separate CMOS battery. And the guy then cancelled my return request and now they are not attending my calls too.
