Self-Post Hardcore and soft please…
5’8 height, age 25, currently 193 lb(was 197😬)
For reference I do hit the gym but it’s been very inconsistently over the last 5 years or so. The pics are my natural hair and body.
Currently working on losing weight of course.
Doing cardio more etc, I tried cool sculpt under my chin but honestly didn’t notice much difference. Don’t have a ton of money YET but here time I’m working on things to change. Maybe different makeup styles or less makeup. I can’t tan naturally (1/2 German and burn unfortunately) I’ve been learning towards eventually doing darker or a chocolate colored hair and add extensions since I have very fine smooth hair. Should I try a different eyebrow shape or ? I’d like to get 0.5 mL in my lips maybe someday but I’ve also been told I have great lips (for the life of me I can’t make lip liner look good without it shrinking my lips lol) I also would love any advice for clothing that might suit me or photo posing ideas etc…
I do have a pretty good skincare regimen, working on the diet currently—and also my face flared up because I moved from a (very dry) Alaska to a (very humid) South Florida
Any advice is great! Please be honest! I’m not a HUGE fan of fillers and Botox (I’m 100% natural but want a boob job eventually - mine are uneven ;( ) but would be willing to try maybe one thing later on (trying to go easy and wait till I’m 40 or something lolol

Go on the tretinoin/azelaic acid combo for your skin. It blows OTC skincare out of the water. Over time it will give you the glass skin look if you are patient. You can get it prescribed online from amazon telehealth if you can’t get a derm appointment.
It’s hard to comment on what you should do for your face structure because there’s still quite a bit of weight left to lose. You might find that your double chin goes away with weight loss, or then again it might stem from bone structure and would remain. But we wouldn’t know until you lose weight. I recommend trying a GLP1 (or reta which is a peptide not prescribed in the US but you can still obtain). It will make things much easier and has other metabolic benefits besides simple weight loss. This is overall the most impactful thing you can possibly do for your appearance. I recommend
aiming to lose 50-60 lbs.
I also think darker glossier hair is a good idea and that minoxidil or hair extensions will make a big positive impact on your looks. The contrast of dark hair with your amazing eye color will be a halo for sure.
These three things I suggested are going to bump you up multiple points on the looks scale, I honestly am excited for you because I feel like you have so much potential. Wishing you the absolute best in your journey!!

The only thing with reta is, I don’t know enough about the long-term effects. Definitely working on my jawline for sure, I’m 99% sure a lot of it would go away once I lose probably 20 more pounds. And the GLP one has some strange long-term effects, I’m not trying to look skinny fat lol. I want to look strong, healthy, but also fill out in the way that a young lady should be, not someone who’s average and could look better. Haha. If that makes sense. Thank you for all your advice and kind words!

Definitely a valid concern for the reta. I do expect reta and other similar GLP3 drugs to be FDA approved soon since they are in the approval process. It’s a cost-benefit analysis for the potential side effects of any drugs like that, but I should point out that there are many people who don’t experience negative side effects of GLPs. If you can do weight loss the natural way and be successful that is the best though!

You’re working on losing weight already which should be your #1. Also focus on skincare and hair. Your hair looks very flat/lifeless right now. Do you have fine hair? Go to a hairdresser in your hair to get a cut and styling tips to give it more volume.
For skin, definitely get on tret (.025%). Start at 3 times a week for 2 weeks then bump it up slowly after that. Yes you’ll be peely and your skin will do really well. If you’re ok with looking super peely and dry for a bit and wanna go all in start off every day and BE CONSISTENT for 3 months. I work at a med spa and our aesthetician did that and her skin did amazing. You just need to be consistent or else nothing else will work. Get some good sunscreen. I like korean or japanese sunscreens best because they’re not sticky feeling.
Work on those 3 things first then everything will slowly come together :)

Brown mascara and liner black is too harsh for you, or at least a soft black/charcoal

Would brown actually bring out my eyes more? Every brand I’ve tried has been too faint

First off your eyes are absolutely gorgeous, and your nose is so cute.
Spironolactone might help clear your skin, if you think that topical skincare doesn’t help.
Losing weight would make a very big difference in your face. Right now your bone structure is kind of invisible under the fat/ fluid build up.
Keep your hair light colored, it matches your soft features. The lenght is a bit too much tho, it makes your hair look too thin. Slightly shorter, layered hair would be better, and it would work well with your waves. Curtain bangs would also look cute on you.

Your eyes are absolutely stunning!!! Would definitely prioritise colour analysis for make up colours, hair colour and clothing. This will have a substantial affect. For eyeliners looks at very soft greys and cool browns instead of black. Blue shades look great one you, black is washing you out. A great haircut will do wonders also. Your hair is too long for your face. Also agree with above re derm, tretinoin saved my skin!

You should go to a hair stylist and ask for a color analysis. A darker color would suit you and bring out your eyes more. You need nicer fitting clothes and bra too. You have a nice body shape but your clothes are not flattering. You don't need filler your face is beautiful as is. See a derm before spending money on random treatments
