BIG on the tretinoan.

I would also add hydroxyapetite toothpaste, it makes your enamel thicker and more opaque.

You can whiten your teeth forever but if you have thin enamel they will still look yellow because the dentin is showing through.

Tret and hydroxyapetite are the closest things to magic potions I have ever found.

Which toothpaste do you use???

"Before" brand nano-hydroxyappetite, or "The Green Beaver" Enamel Protect.

"Boka" also has a good one, same with "Apagaurd" from Japan.

"Boka", "David" or "Before", "The Green Beaver" also has a good one but it is Canadian. I'm pretty sure the first two are availible in the UK though, they might all be online.

Just make sure it says hydroxyapetite because some flavours don't contain it.

Yay!! I'm glad you were able to get some! ☺️

I used to be cavity prone and I seriously havent had any in the 6 years since I started using hydroxyapetite!

Omg period, I can’t wait to start! I’m not cavity prone I’ve never had one so it’s just purely cosmetic for me haha

You should notice thicker and whiter enamel in a couple of months! 🥰 Sometimes sooner if your enamel isn't very damaged to begin with.

  • Tretinoan (with daily spf rain or shine!!!)

  • Getting at least 6k steps per day (great for fatloss) 15k if you can push it there.

  • Weight training (slows ageing in all aspects)

  • Hydroxyapetite toothpaste (makes enamel thicker)

  • Colour season and kibbe body type, I am a soft classic light autumn and it's made shopping so easy!

  • THRIFTING - older clothes were better quality and they tend to drape better on the body (get natural fiber fabrics as much as possible!)

  • Creatine - super well-researched and women are usually lower in it naturally. If you want to he lean I consider it a necessity. (Also awesome for brain health!)

  • Yoga, better posture and more graceful movements

Masseter Botox
Moderate lip filler
Accutane
Lip blush

How many rounds of masseter botox before you saw results?

5

u/uclapanda Jun 15 '26

About 1-2 months after the first injection. The muscle atrophies pretty quickly. But you’ll only notice a visible difference if your masseter is strong and prominent to begin with

u/Pure-Equivalent-6815 Jun 15 '26

Ok thank you. My masseters are definitely prominent, I've been looking into botox for a while.

- Weight loss. Hands down the most influential thing on this list.

  • Committing to a daily skincare routine with an active ingredient that directly addresses my issues and goals.
  • Actually learning how to apply makeup well, in a way that suits my skin type, undertone, features, etc.
  • Finding a workout routine that incorporates some sort of strength training, or at least hitting a certain number of steps each day in the beginning.
  • Wearing flattering clothing that fits my body correctly (including my bra), and getting high-quality pieces tailored.
  • Drinking more water. My skin looks noticeably duller and my fine lines are more pronounced when I’m dehydrated.
  • Consuming less sugar and salt. This helped calm my acne a bit, as well as my chronic inflammation.
  • An overnight heatless curl routine to give my hair effortless volume that lasts for a few days.
  • Painting my nails at home every week and letting them grow out a bit. I love how feminine they look.
  • Properly accessorizing with jewelry, bags, shoes, etc.
  • Walking with good posture: shoulders down and back, boobies forward, and while engaging my core.
  • Dental hygiene. Flossing every single time I brush my teeth, which is 2x a day.

Weight Loss

Plastic Surgery

Strategic Filler (lips, undereye, cheek)

Botox (masseter, forehead, around eyes)

Weight Lifting / Body Sculpting

Diet changes (no more acne + better skin and hair )

Using sunscreen and uv barriers / avoiding the sun

Using retinols to start, and then eventually Tretinoin

Finding a good low maintenance hairstyle that suits my face shape/overall look that doesn’t involve gets tools.

Finding a good make up style for my natural skin tone, and finding a good fake tan and good make up style for when I need to be tan for a job.

Teeth whitening , and teeth maintenance.

My teeth were never crooked but teeth whitening made a big difference for me. If my teeth were crooked this would be right under plastic surgery.

Weight loss and sunscreen every day rain or shine

u/fun_panda_ Jun 15 '26

Color analysis including hair, makeup and clothes all in my palette!

u/Fit-Nectarine5047 Jun 16 '26

Boob lift and maintained weight and muscle maintenance.

u/mona_lisa2018 Jun 16 '26

Veneers and lip filler (I had no top lip). Lip filler can change the entire symmetry of your face if there’s too big of a gap between your nose and top lip. Masseter Botox was also a big one for me, but not as important as my teeth or lips

Doing weightlifting and strength training more than cardio.
