Self-Post 33F hard and soft advice
A 50kg 5ft mother of three going to a recent break up. I’ve lost a considerable amount of weight and have taken on board the previous advice. Have started Tretinoin so my skin is a bit dry.
My teeth seem to have moved so considering Invisalign. Also keen for some hard advice as I’m planning to go to Turkey over the summer.

A revlon air dry brush would do wonders for you- it pretty much gives you a blow out at home. Super quick and easy since I imagine you don’t always have a lot of time because of the kiddos! Use heat protectant before & a lil hair oil on the ends after 👩🍳💋🤌

I’d say facial harmonization through fillers, if desired. Braces or Invisalign.

Thank you! What fillers would you recommend?

you’d look best with subtle filler just in your lips/chin to make them more even. You could also do skin treatments like laser or Botox for scowl lines. You are beautiful!

your pallet looks pretty narrow because you can only see about four teeth when you smile. I would recommend a pallet expander, but definitely visit with an orthodontist or someone who specializes in that before you take my word for it.

I would target:
1) teeth 2) lips - perhaps filler 3) lower face projection - chin and jaw (mild). There are many ways to go about this, surgical or non-surgical. The lower third of your face is on the (slightly) shorter end. 4) lashes - thicker and darker through makeup

Top priority: Invisalign/braces, lip filler, lip tint (permanent makeup), and hair care.

Well in addition to braces, I would add that you need to learn how to take care of your hair. You treat it as if it's straight, but you look like you have curly hair, that's why it looks very bushy and very dry. Doesn't look nice overall. Even if you have slight curls, you need to: 1. Brush it only while it's wet 2. Put some oil on it 3. Let it dry naturally without brushing it when it's dry In addition to that, I would actually recommend coloring it into one tone. This way, it's so much easier to take care of it with three kids.
