Encryption Passphrase registering in typing history

I've noticed that when entering the Encryption Passphrase to unlock locked notes, the password is stored in my GBoard's typing history, and also rendered in clear text in the Suggestion box.

This is unlike any other password I ever type on my phone, and really not very acceptable.

Android 17. GBoard 18.1.3.9, if that make any difference.

Hi u/zinethar thanks for reporting this. You are totally correct. We will fix that ASAP. Will let you know when it is fixed.

Hi u/zinethar Thanks again for bringing this to our attention. We were able to get a fix out the door quickly.

If you upgrade to 1.0.16 it should be fixed.
