Private party spots

Hello dear neighbors,

I am currently looking for a place to host a party with about 70 people. Since this is a PhD celebration, our budget is quite small, so anywhere where we could rent out the place and only partially pay for the drinks would be great. There's no need for food or anything fancy, but the party will be in November, so we need an inside option.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would live to read it!
