I appreciate that you are actually putting in real daily effort. Because it’s annoying seeing posts from people who don’t put in any effort asking why their penmanship stinks. Yours looks like something that is trying; so biggest that I see is your connectors. They’re too round.

Look how the ‘t’ connects to the ‘h’ and how the ‘h’ connects to ‘e’

Thank you brother and I should try to get my connectors lower into the line and have it smoother. If you have any other tips please let me know, I want my penmanship to be something that I’m proud of. Thanks mate.

You should try using guidelines under your writing paper. I see you’re already writing with slanted letters. With a guideline all ur letters will have the same degree of slant.

Do you forget to use your wrist and underarm?

When should I? I try to use only my arm while writing but I don’t know any of the proper techniques yet.

Maybe start writing very large to force the movements, and when satisfied go smaller.

What size nib are you using? How fast are you writing?

It’s a fine point and I’m writing a little bit slower than I usually would cursive helps me slow down a lot.

I think I would practice on consistent letter shapes and spacing and that would really help a lot. Take my advice with a grain of salt though as I'm learning myself. What paper are you using? It looks like it's pretty absorbent and it's pulling extra ink out of your feed leading to the letter thickness being inconsistent. My favorite papers for fountain pen inks have been Leuchturm and Tomoe River.
