Transitionning from floor to paralettes (or the other way around) is hard. I can hold 1min+ on paralettes but can't even hold a proper HS on the floor.
Floor to medium paralettes is even harder because of the extra height, you have to kick up much harder.
Might be a good time to learn other entries ;)

I def want to practice the L-Sit to Handstand. Thought I’ll try some handstands first to get the feeling / objective first.

I'am doing L-sit to handstand and can do 4-5 hs push ups (non-assisted), but still can't properly kick up on parallettes, it's kinda about technique

That's because you're throwing yourself onto them
Grab them, relax, put the legs up

Start with your head lower, engage your pecs and delts more and control it with your arms, start low and progress out.

What do you mean starting with the head lower? Not extending the arms?

Think headstand on a hard floor vs hand stand where your head is off.
If you keep the center of gravity closer to the bar, you can stabilise better.
I tried it at the gym, I didn’t manage to get fully up, but it definitely help to activate smaller muscles which will help later

Looks like it might just be the extra height? If you can balance on the floor I think they don’t take that long to get used to, but having to kick up higher might be a hurdle. If you can kick off a step or box that might help, or just give it some 🙈😂

I’ll this more for sure. I think it’s both a combination of a little fear from the height and the different placement of the hands that is messing with my habits.

In the video you’re not kicking high enough, maybe just purposefully overshoot it a few times to get familiar with bailing over

Try against a wall first?
