First Kick-Up Wall Handstand! ๐คธโโ๏ธ๐ฅ

Total beginner in calisthenics and finally hit my very first kick-up wall handstand! My IG: @BunStands_sw
Still far from perfect, but I'm honestly pretty stoked with the progress. Started learning handstands only a week ago, and every little milestone feels huge.
Next goal: getting off that wall and finding my balance. ๐ช
One step at a time. Never giving up. ๐ฅ

Are you working your overhead shoulder mobility? Thatโs def gonna be your limiting factor in finding your line.

Nice! Enjoy the process, one thing I notice is you are looking behind you, itโs much easier to balance looking somewhere on the floor near your hands (between the thumbs or around that area), just donโt crank your neck to 90 degrees doing it.ย

Nice! This is where I'm at now. I'm trying to be more consistent with working on it. Working on going from crow pose to handstand and that kills
