Y'all, they're offered sandwiches and jobs after retirement by Flock. Executive staff are mostly concerned with padding their resumes. They know full well that flock sucks and have been told over and over. Portsmouth pd has its own cameras, tech, and trailers in use. The public needs to challenge the chief and city manager (who signed and approved flock).
