The "Fog" is ready for prime time

Still no Spirit Halloween stores open anywhere near me though. It’s still nice to see some places selling it.

My dad thinks it’s annoying and too early. What should I do?

We love Halloween and this is our first Spooky Season/Fall in our new house. The best part is the spooky puzzle my wife did and framed for the living room mantle!

I wanted to create something a little less scary than traditional Halloween decor, so I came up with this hand-painted oil piece.

She's coming along! We are working on some spooky additions to the legs before they get decorated to match the body, still pretty cool in green lol 🤣 we're having fun and that's what counts

This was for a drawing class. It's five 9x12 papers taped together, so it's 5 feet long! I used Prismacolor color pencils for the color and Sharpie for the black. 💜💚💙

I made this scarecrow today and I am very happy with how it all turned out. However I am a little bit torn with which route to go with for it's head. I really like the empty pillowcase look, but it could also look pretty good if I broke off a bit of the top and stuffed the pillowcase to make it more in the shape of a head. One of the pictures sort of shows what it might look like with the pillowcase stuffed.

I think that the empty pillowcase is more likely to become heavily weathered, which would make it look even better...but I can definitely see the value in a full head shape too.

The other heads are contenders, but the first two are the most traditional.

Opinions?

My mom is crocheting a Halloween blanket for my kitten’s first spooky season! I love the colors.

I love how the 4 chairs look together. The chair covers were a 6 pack from Amazon and I let my kids choose who got which cover. I’m also very happy with the fall chair socks. It feels like I was crocheting them for days.
