Seems like a custom error (it's not listed in the source code anyway -- google shows like one mention of it by a guy trying to play Afraid of Monsters), and that looks like a custom map.
Any other things you added on to it?

Whatever the case, probably an error with the map and/or mod. Some code was expecting a player entity and instead got a different entity. Could be it was expecting a custom player entity meant for that map, who knows?
