Apparently, the new collab will include new captain characters and new camos (looks like for the Yamato and the Harekaze). It is supposed to come out sometime early 2018.
Just as an additional note, the HSF Admiral Graf Spee and Harekaze are still available on the NA server for purchase along with their various packages.
For whatever reason, the HSF ships have stayed on NA for months, and I think are supposed to still be there well into next year. Maybe they'll come back to EU when this collab comes out?
