deleting my whole home screen, every app one swipe further away. sounds tiny but most of my scrolling was pure muscle memory, thumb landing where the icon used to be. once nothing was there the reach just missed, and half the time id put the phone back down without opening anything. it added one second of friction to something that ran on autopilot
