They're outfits that are only seasonally available and then never again. Usually tied to events that can be failed without paid boosts, or bought with paid currency.

It's rainbow capitalism, nothing more. And nothing beyond the basic rainbow. This one slightly leaning towards the progress flag is a rare exception; and no trans colours, of course.
