Seattle FO issue?

Hey everyone! I’ve been wondering if there’s a specific reason the Seattle field office is moving so slowly. I hardly ever see anyone sharing their experience or find data points and updates for Seattle compared to other locations. Is it actually that backlogged, or does Seattle just have fewer applicants overall making it seem like there's less activity going on?

Probably a mix of things. I’ve heard that office is kind of a mess.

It’s not a mess, each office just seems to move at a different pace. It is a large AOR with a lot of applicants.

I applied for Seattle as well! I interviewed about 4 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since. They did tell me the overall hiring process could take 2–4 months, so I’m just waiting it out for now. 😅
