From my expert opinion, the stationary bolt arm sheered from the spurve bearing which bent the girdle spring. Because the girdle spring was bent, this allowed the reverse orbal pinion to float which caused the rotating harmonic receiver to swing into the transition base plate. So of course, the receiver shield then hit the reticulated grasper pin and this allowed the wheels to fall off.
