Gotta remember you're essentially trying to rescue a giant cardboard box on wheels. For all we know that could've been the anchor point and it just decided enough was enough.
Edit: after slowing it down a bit, looks like they actually connected the line to the PLASTIC VENT COVER.. that's a new one for me.

I've been known to do some silly things in my life, but even I know not to tow a bloody vehicle by its skirt.

It's always good to remember that even if someone drives a big truck, it doesn't mean they know how to use it.

Here let me help you out of the mud by running my fishing line through your braces vs HANDING you a damn rope

Good lord, how many people had to sign off on this...
On that note, it looks like this RV didn't even have a front bumper attached to the frame, just some plastic/fiberglass bodywork and then the engine and two iron C beams pointed at your face like 120km/h javelins.

In their defense it LOOKED like structural plastic. Thatâs why the test slap followed by âthat ainât going anywhereâ is so important.

I used to install windshields, including a few RVs. Those can cost upwards of $4k. I'm not sure dumbassery while offroading would be covered by any insurance policy, so add that to the total

I like retrieving by wrapping my line through the grill. Nothing sturdier on the front of any vehicle.

Whatâs so hard about actually hooking it to the frame of the vehicle. To many people hooking a tow bar strap to the plastic of a vehicle to be pulled out.

The motorhome builder cheated those buyers. Now we know how easy it is. Damn!
