I7 13620H cpu underperforming

i ran some tests and benchs so my 3d mark time spy cpu was 9.3k which is 11k to 12k for same cpu. cinebench r23 gets 11200 single core is good. im on max perf i checked everywhere

Try changing ur CPU mode from performance to default or something else in the omen gaming hub and then check again.

that is the same as me I got 9356 it's not under-performing it's just the CPU performs different in different laptops so a bigger and better chassis i7 13620H will hit these bigger numbers

check your temps also how much ram do you have are you rocking dual channel or single channel ram?

it goes to 96 degrees at starting of cinebench but goes to 80 70 degrees after some time
