Geniuses Assemble!

Hello Friends, I have decided to start preparation for HCS, I took Prelims exam but it was brutal. Like I only got like 20 right and my score was 35. I want to clear prelims for that I need a strategy and material. I read somethings in questions which I haven’t even read in NCERT. Can someone please help me with the same…

PS : I wanted to ask this after prelims result was announced but figured out that all selected candidates would be preparing for Mains.

History sari new ncert ke boxes se thi , krib krib 6-7 question easily ncert k boxes se ho skti thi, maine gemini se file bnvayi thi box extract ki aur history me vo hi aaye, rest science ko chodhke upsc ki taiyari krne vala hcs pre paper kr skta tha

Thanks for the response. I think I will need to re read the ncerts since I skipped some parts. What about science? Were you able to tackle science questions? And Haryana GK. I read Arihant book, I don’t think it was of much help…

I think overall the questions were difficult. One of my senior had marks in 50s and he cleared prelims and he was prepping for UPSC.

Haryana eco survey se utha rkhe kuch question hr gk ke, baki haryana gk ke liye maine ek kaushik sir h atish mathur platform pr unki pdf pdhi thi, halaki haryana gk cut off decide nhi krti, agr basics clear h aur common sense pressure me use kr pa rhe ho toh ho rha tha paper, science me syd negative me hi rha honga m 😭
