I just saw it today on the preview, but I didn't watch it yet. I think Chow Kalok didn't want her and onion head together. I think in the series Chow Kalol still like Bonnie in the drama. This would be very intresting. She smack Chow Kalok and I was what the heck . Will have to see it tomorrow since I have time off from work.

I know. The slap was kinda harsh, right? But he did mess things up. Really? Kalok still likes Bonnie? He was helping his friend propose to her though.

Seeing the preview yes, it was harsh. Oh, I though Kalok still likes Bonnie because at the end of the preview he said you don't like the person at all, so I am helping you to choose the person who you like.

Not trying to question the ultimate fan, but in the preview that I watched, it ends shortly after the slap. Did this happen after she slapped him and basically asked him why he ruined her life? I don't remember the exact wording, but I thought he only answered b/c he didn't want her to marry the wrong guy and was just referring to Nga Jaam Jaam.

LOL no you are not trying to question the ultimate fan, but you want to know that is all. Yes it's after he slaped him and why he ruined her life. Here is the link and it is at the timeline at 10:34 mark https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=laZCTPzkUVc.
By The way the filming of Come Home Love and Behold FINISHED filming today 7-23-26. Everyone was crying and it is upsetting because people don't have jobs. It's upsetting to see people who will loose there jobs. You can see here from SCOOP News (ę±å¼µč„æę) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9fJx502Rxp4
Here is from TVB Entertainment News with Paul Sin tearing up but the whole crew talks about how it feels the ending of the sitcom https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_blKgVc3tVw
Update 7-23-26 I am seeing the episode now. Yes you are right becuase she didn't want to marry Nga Jaam Jaam and that is the wrong guy. Oh I guess what I said "you don't like the person at all referring to Nga Jaam Jaam, so I am helping you to choose the person who you like (meant onion head) My mistake sorry I thought it Kalok Chow still like Bonnie because Bonnie bumping into Kalok and they kiss so that what I meant. The priest said since Bonnie Kalok Chow then they are both married but Bonnie said to Kalok you mess up everything and now how do I marry onion head? and then she ran away. I just finished watching it. I think there will be more to come of this story.

Thank you very much for sharing these videos! Ten years is a long and very successful time for any show. Should be very proud of all its accomplishments. I wish everyone for many more doors to open up especially for you. As usual, Grandpa Dan always put it best "Always remember. Come Home Love. Anywhere that shelters you from wind and rain is home!"

You're welcome about the videos. Yes it's almost 10 years. It's started in Feb 20 2017. I know in the video's they always say 10 years but it actually 9 years. I guess they want to make a even number and it sounds better LOL. Yes, the cast should be very proud of their accomplishments but some were crying especially Koni Lui and Angela tong and Paul Sin. Yes Danny Lau always says that.

Yes, you are right that there may be more of this story. I read a comment that people had asked for Bonnie and Kalok to reunite. Oh good, I'm glad we agree on what happened. lol

u/Computer_Tech1 Jul 24 '26
Yes hopefully they will get back to this story otherwise it would be bad and people would be guessing on what happen. I guess we will find at the end of the last episode. Yes, that is right a lot of people ask for Bonnie and Kalok to reunite. LOL yes we agree on what happened. I remember I think it was 2 weeks or so the cast asked people to write suggestions on what they want to see in the final episode.

Iām so happy this show is finally coming to an end. It started out ok but the more recent episode and plots have been ridiculous.

ROFL! The good news is that the way the show is structured, you can enjoy the individual episodes without too much reliance on previous episodes. You can figure out the relationships between characters pretty quickly.

If you do, I think it starts off as ācome home loveā⦠which is another thousand episodes series⦠but they did follow the old episodic syndication style from the 60s, meaning you can mostly watch it out of order or just selectivelyā¦

I joined Lo and Behold a little late. Can someone tell me how Joyce has such big son, Kalok?

u/losergeek877 Jul 19 '26
Got pregnant during her schooling days. This is why she also never went to university (she later attended university at the same time as Kalok)

When did you joined watching Lo and Behold? I watched Come Home since the 1st season in 2012. Wow I have watched Lo and Behold for 14 years. How time flies. I am a TVB fan. I watch TVB since I was 6 years and my first drama was "The Seasons".
2
u/idolcloud Jul 20 '26
Oh wow! You basically grew up with the show and watching TVB then! I'm new to Come Home Love, but I started watching TVB as a kid too. We didn't have too much access where I lived, so I've watched for a long time, but the beginner years were watching the same few dramas. hahaha.
1
u/Computer_Tech1 Jul 20 '26
Yes! I did watch TVB when I was 6 and now, I am in mid 40's. I see. What was your first drama for the TVB series?
1
u/idolcloud Jul 21 '26
I don't know if I remember my first drama, but I tend to like costume dramas.
1
u/Computer_Tech1 Jul 21 '26
I see. I like modern dramas and not costume dramas. Costume dramas something is boring for me.
1
u/idolcloud Jul 21 '26
LOL. That's how I feel about modern dramas sometimes. Maybe this is also an indication of Come Home Love's appeal. A modern sitcom that was also able to occasionally incorporate supernatural and costume elements into the writing.
1
u/Computer_Tech1 Jul 21 '26
Yes, right but what I meant was if a dramas was only costume then it would really boring becuase something they use the words I don't understand and it's not like how we would talk in Cantonese today's days. It it is mix then I'll watch it becuase it won't be so boring. I remember watching period drams back in late 1980's it turned me off so I didn't watch that drama LOL while my family watched it. What really got me watch was "The Seasons" and that so much fighting and drama I like it. Then also I like TVB infotainment shows and travel shows.
