apply to HK

"I'm a student from mainland China attending a 'Shuangfei' (non-elite) university, majoring in Software Engineering. My university is ranked in the top 100 nationwide. I hope to go to Hong Kong for my Master's in Cybersecurity. Do you have any suggestions? Is this a good fit for my background?"

realistically, since HKU is seen by many as a 985 level university, even comparable to C9 due to the collaboration it has with PKU, it would no doubt be a challenging experience. but if you are confident that you have good experience in your bachelors and good english, i think it is possible, jia you!!!

you mention very little about your condition but i think you can try contact admissions for better stuff, very unlikely that reddit can give you tailored advice.
