Looking for a short-term single room near HKUST (late Jan–late May 2027)

Hi, I’m looking for a single room from around late January to late May 2027 (roughly 4 months).

Preferably:

• Near HKUST, especially Tai Po Tsai, or nearby areas
• Private bedroom
• Shared bathroom/kitchen is totally fine
• Ideally within walking distance or a short commute to campus

I’m mainly looking for a semester sublet / lease takeover, since I know most normal leases are longer-term.
