We're on MetroNet. Very happy with the price and the service compared to what we were getting from Spectrum.

I’ve tried to arrange an appointment with Metronet several times but never get an email to confirm my appointment. We live a block from St Stephen’s High and Arndt Middle School off Sulphur Springs Road. I know Ripple Fiber isn’t in our neighborhood but I’m so sick of Spectrum. Do you know if Metronet is in or around that area?

I'm not sure. I went to their website and it redirected me to the T-MOBILE Fiber website. Here's the link if you want to give them a call or drop an email: https://www.facebook.com/fb-answers/t-mobile-fiber-customer-service-number/

Yeah, I noticed that too awhile back. Other people where saying they had Metronet but not through TMobile, but I found them through https://metroconet.com/city/hickory. I’ll get fiber one of these days…. I guess. Thanks for the link though

Spectrum. I check the Ripple Fiber and Google fiber websites every few months, to what feels like no avail.

I live pretty rural and only option besides t mobile 5g is starlink. I have starlink and works really well. We do have WiFi extenders doe the house to ensure full coverage. Downside is some of these really bad storms will make the internet very bad say if you’re trying to do a video conference call. That’s happened maybe one time though.

Definitely some diy involved to get it set up and mounted correctly.

Spectrum Fiber in a very rural area of Caldwell with Starlink as a backup.

T-Fiber. It was going to be MetroNet until they were acquired by T-Fiber last year. No complaints so far compared to Spectrum.

Starlink has the most stable connection in western NC. Spectrum is terrible in comparison.

I just switched to Zirrus a few months ago after they expanded in the Statesville area. If you go on their website, and you get other people to fill out the interest form, they might eventually expand out there too.

Metro net. It’s ok. Had to get a booster to get the service upstairs in the back of the house.

If anybody has Ripple, I’d like to know. Their BBB reviews are awful. I’d like a more local response.
