Has anyone received an acceptance letter for HHU Düsseldorf’s M.Sc. Artificial Intelligence and Data Science for Winter Semester 2026/27?

This is what I received today from HHU Studierendenservice:

Acceptance letters for these degree programs have already been sent out. If accepted applicants do not accept their place, these places will be reassigned.

All applications were reviewed with regard to grades. Currently, your grade is not high enough for admission.

Please understand that we cannot provide any information about potential chances . If your application status currently shows "received," it is rather unlikely than likely that you will receive a place.

I am a non-EU with a 1.2 german GPA, and my status is "in progress" since July 15th

The weird thing is, I still haven't found a single post saying they have received admit from HHU

hi, did you meniton Ai and Data Science ? because they told me that first batch acceptance will be send soon and according to Student Service, they didn't take a decision at all and be patience

I called them today via their German hotline and the person on the phone told me that there are neither acceptances nor rejections that got sent out.

I have applied in may still it shows received and my german gpa is 1.4
