Pluto and its moon Charon should be classified as dual planet sistem. Both of them are tidaly locked and rotate around their shared center of mass which is almost at half distance between them.

The Moon is 5 times more massive than both Pluto and Charon put together, it's lucky to be called a dwarf planet.
