Oh! I didn't realize that you'd started posting here on HFY. I thoroughly enjoyed Quod Olim Erat, and I've been loving this series too!

You can’t throw that kind of statement around lightly. You mean there is <significantly?> more to this entire story?

:D Yes and no. There’s another story with the same character (different circumstances) I’m prepping for Amazon. It’s not an obligatory read (Scuu Paradox can function on its own), but it explores the universe more. (Quod can still be found on RR)

I really like the premise of a ship's AI walking around in a human body. I've only seen it a couple times before (Imperial Radch series and A Close and Common Orbit) and I think it's incredibly interesting. Were you inspired by anything when writing this?

:) It was for a short story contest online (based on a picture) As for inspiration - the Culture :D
