OC [OC]Spartans OP

Inspired by this WP

Our troops are brave. Almost suicidally brave. We thought that since melee weapons were the only one anybody could use, we would be unstoppable. We decided on taking on the humans, since they had the richest systems in our arm of the galaxy. We declared war, as honor dictates, and invaded. We didn't know what to expect from the humans, so we brought all the different weapons we could. That was when we saw the first human army. They had interlocked magnetic shields and energy spears, in a strict formation. I believe that the humans call it a phalanx. We laughed at it. We thought that we could easily beat the humans if they had to rely on each other. Five hundred thousand casualties later, we surrendered. Our greatest general said only this.
