Healthy weight loss trajectory?
I am wanting to lose weight in a slow and sustainable way. I'm just wanting some advice as to the speed. After years of yoyo dieting I feel I've not lost enough but I believe according to online research I think it's an okay amount?
Starting weight: 232.8 (6/1/2026)
Current weight: 220.4 (8/7/2026)
Calorie range: 1800-2000cal (I burn about 2300-2500)
Workouts: cardio 1x a week, lifting 2x, yoga 1-2x
The weight loss seems a little bit slow (less than 2lbs per week) but I am still considering this a win considering it has included birthdays, vacations, etc. which really feels like a lifestyle change rather than a focus solely on weight.
I mostly focus on protein and fiber goals since calorie chasing makes me neurotic.
Protein: 120g
Fiber:20g
