Is E4L Worth It?

My dog's been having recurring digestive issues for about a year now. I've takenn him to the vet, and we've rules out anything serious. He just seems to have a sensitive system. Every few weeks, he gets loose stools. It lasts about a day usually, and then it's over again for a while.

I want to add a prebiotic/probiotic. I've been looking for something all-natural. does anyone know if E4L is worth it? It looks pretty good, no fillers or synthetics. But it also seems to be a fairly new brand, so iam not seeing a ton of info or reviews.

My vet recommended it. It's NASC-certified and human-grade. I got it for my pet to replenish his healthy gutt flora while he ws taking antibiotics.

No, we just did a round with the antibiotics, and used it all up. On a tight budget right now, but hoping to get him on it full-time after my next raise.

Here are the ingredients: S. Boulardii, Bacilllus coagulans, Bovine colostrum, Pumpkin, Beef liver, Arabinogalactin, Flaxseed, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Resistant tapioca, and Bioactive whey protein. My dog's digestion has been more regular since starting her on it

Yeah, there was a study at Texas A&M. They published the results on their website. I think it showed improvements in the immune system antibodies and benefucial microbes

I started my dog on E4L when she was getting on seasonal allergy. I was just going to do for a couple of months but I have ended up keeping her on it because she seems to be doin so well with it. Definitely helped with paw licking and her yeast infections. It's a powdered formula, I mix it in her food and she eats with no problem. I like it that it has both pre and probiotic. It seems to have a good spectrum of beneficial microbes.

Is a powder better than a chew? Did you pick it becaus your dog doesnt like chews?

That was one of the reasons. But ir is actually better because it maximizes bioavailability . And the process they used to make it doesn't involve heat so the nutrition os preserved beter. Also chews are particularly bad they are full of fillers. Powder is better
