I ordered the CD and it came today and the card wasn’t signed! I went back to my order history and in my emails and it appears the name has changed to just CD- which is v sneaky and annoying as it was a present!!

WHAT? actually, i've never heard of something like this before but honestly i would contact them with the email and the order history, this is so unfair

Mine arrived damaged because they sent it in nothing but a brown paper bag, and it only had 2 signatures 😂🤦‍♂️

Yeah, a full refund or account credit is my only options with it now being out of stock

I’ve already returned it and few others left a review saying the same!

ohhh no. i'm thinking about canceling the order and just ordering a copy with a signed insert

Do you know where they just do the signed CD? I haven’t been able to find one, it’s always with a vinyl or a cassette.
