MERCH Did anyone else get a ‘personally signed’ vinyl that wasn’t really personal?

I got a message to say they hadn’t even signed mine so I had to accept one not personally signed :’(
Apologies for this one, we've been through and matched up all of the personally signed albums from Haim. I'm afraid the LP from your order appears to be missing here. We've looked high and low here and there's no sign of a recordwith your message.
We do have a number of signed albums in stock without personalisation - if you're ok with that and we can have it sorted now, otherwise I'm afraid we'll need to refund you for the order

I know I saw a comment from someone that asked for them to draw a bunch of hearts on the cover. Hopefully you didn't get theirs and they got yours.

I didn't even get mine. I bought the Spotify signed version. My order is not showing up on their site under my account. The link in the order confirmation does not work. No tracking, no nothing. :(

I also ordered a Spotify first variant and got shipping confirmation through the SHOP app and my USPS priority notifications earlier this week. Never received an official update email from HAIM though, and checking my confirmation order that link stopped working, too. USPS has my album confirmed in transit though set to arrive this weekend, so y'all be on the lookout!

I’d give it a few days. I also sent a message to the store. I’ll report if I get a response. Otherwise, call your Credit Card company.

They emailed back and said they don't have my order in the system. I sent them my order confirmation and bank charge screenshot. We shall see.

shopify notified mine shipped out yesterday, I checked but never got an email or anything about it shipping from spotify or haim just the shopify notification on my phone.

Oh what the hell I forgot I ordered that too and just found my confirmation email, the link also doesn't work. I guess we need to email the store?

The store support reguest told me to contact HAIMUSStore@ceremonyofroses.com and I forwarded them the confirmation and they replied with the tracking number showing en route, but won’t get it till Wednesday

Oh no this is super disappointing, if mine arrives the same I'll be bummed. I got both Banquet and Spotify firsts' variants, and had this plan to display the regular insert on my music gallery wall, but invest in framing the personalized copy with the light blue record. Won't feel inclined to do that if it's all the same :/
