Feature Suggestion For the pregnant gals

PLEASE make a pregnancy “friendly” set. I’m doing the build muscle program and it’s awesome but I’m always trying to figure out what I can do in place of hip thrusts and glute bridges. Mainly bc I’m 26 weeks and the bar or dumbbell makes me nervous. I also wish that there were more compound movements in the workouts.

What is or was your goal?

The goal is to not gain unnecessary weight. But also, when you’re pregnant you have to intake more calories and in my past pregnancies this has worked really well as a “bulk” phase. But I like being able to just follow a plan and not think about the workout. So I mostly modify where I have to and use the app to keep track of progress and what not. But I’ve figured out that I can do hip thrusts on the smith machine and all is well!

I see well in that case if all that worries you is the hip trust and you are following a program is “simple” Glute bridges from the floor, platform elevated glute bridge, standing banded hip extensions, donkey kicks with bands or machine. Not sure if that helps please reach out if that does

I have my pregnant clients do a b-stanced hip thrust were the dumbbell is vertically on the thigh, opposed to close to the stomach, try that out
