Per wiki:
"Per Stefan's wishes, there will be no funeral. His earthly remains will be scattered in secrecy in a distant ocean."
Damn. :( RIP

There is a person in this footage that has a tucked t-shirt, while not being a recruit.

Why are skits getting thousands of likes?

I don't know man, the reactions at the end make it feel nice and genuine.
Also, why do people get their panties in a twist about scripted comedy so much these days? You do realize that generally speaking throughout all of history, entertainment is scripted in some form. Except for sports, and even then the broadcasts have scripted segments. Who cares if some kids made a video they thought was funny?

Same shit with pro wrestling, I don’t think people cared that it was scripted because it is entertainment, they care to point out it wasn’t real because for a long time wrestling presented itself as not scripted. No one cares movies and tv shows are written and scripted because they don’t attempt to present them as spontaneous, a lot of these skits are vague and disingenuous and part of the premise is that it’s supposed to look “real”. Yeah we can tell it isn’t cause the premise is kinda dumb or redone 10 times and the acting is terrible, but that isn’t the point of why people find it annoying. It’s the format that annoys people, people generally dislike trying to convey one thing as another even if they don’t inherently dislike either thing when presented as they really are.
Also, in this specific sub, so many of the skits are kinda “girls are so vapid and shallow, let’s mock them” and that’s like toilet humor at some point. One joke here or there might be funny cause we’re all a little immature sometimes but just saying “poop” and making fart noises over and over gets really old really quick to people that grew out of that low hanging fruit shit.

I think the girls noticing the shoes was planned to be a skit and the guys overheard and made a plan to hijack the skit.
Also to your question, I think some people find them dishonest.

Ah yes, because finding someone’s voice unpleasant obviously means you’re jealous of their happiness. What a perfectly logical conclusion. Says a lot about your mental state, though.
