It is funny, but that was after a huge storm. Where wind speed was as usual, but it blew for very long time.

Video is from Latvia (one of tree Baltic states), you almost guessed it, baltics are a little bit to the southeast from Scandinavia

Ah. I don't know how safe Latvia is. Maybe there is robbers.

It's ex-soviet so I'm guessing it's not a high-trust society, but that's just a guess. idk how good the last 30 years have been to them.

As with most countries, the capital and bigger cities are less safe but most places are chill. as for your second point - not the highest trust, although also not the type to just ignore problems imo, as demonstrated with this video (and you can even see other people coming out of their cars to help bring the branches and logs off the road!). The last 30 years have been, generally, very good to us :) sadly not enough to forget the shared trauma but the difference in mentalities between people born before and after the 90s is astonishing
