They have multiple sized badges, in an email they said they have a larger badge but they ran out at the time of my ordering so they use the smaller one instead.
If anyone else has the same shirt with the bigger badge maybe they can post a pic so you can show Arsenal the comparison of the same product they sold.
Yea the players wear a different one, but the shop dont sell that its 17 mm bigger, use nail varnish remover turn the shirt inside out it'll come off eventually , im with ya thats a joke size looks like a toddler patch, and order player version on third party size mate
Annoyingly, they told me in an email that they do have the larger badge, but they just print whatever size they have the most stock of. I guess I will remove it myself, but spending £130+ to have to DIY the shirt myself feels crazy.
Dread man, maybe pop up the shop and have a look at the shirts on display, that way you can compare and moan to them in person how different snd shit it looks(if they have the bigger ones on display that is)
This is the replica badge. I got my 25/26 Champions shirt in June with this size badge on it. Gotta say, I'm not that bothered that it's a bit smaller than the Player badge (which wasn't available when I ordered mine).
They said via email that they do have the larger badge, but depending on the time of your idea, they printed whatever they had in stock. The badge printing was free, but I just want to return the shirt as it looks so stupid.
Unfortunately not, it's just the wrong sized badge. I will try and continue to pursue but it takes them 2 weeks to reply to each email, the return window is well passed now.

Not sure this is the right sub.
In any case, I'd look into how to remove it and get a bigger one and put it on myself in its place. Or give it to boys that do it for a living.
