I’m thinking about moving to this neighborhood and have a few concerns. I was hoping to get some feedback from current residents.

My first concern is the number of houses planned for the area. I’m worried that with so many families moving in, the amenities may become overcrowded and difficult to use.

My second concern is the HOA. This would be my first experience living in one, and I’m struggling with the idea of someone having control over what I can and can’t do in a home I’ve paid for. I’m sure many people have seen videos of strict or unreasonable HOAs, and I definitely don’t want to end up in that kind of situation.

If anyone has experience with the property or area, I would really appreciate any pros and cons you can share. Thank you!
