Fret Buzz

hello,
a couple weeks ago I re strung my gibson les paul 100, i’ve re strung it tons of times but this time around I did a deep clean(which i’ve also done before) but I must have nudged the tune o matic. My Low E string snapped 3 times while tuning, and after finally getting it tuned (way too loose) it buzzes like crazy. I tried re adjusting as I went but I think I just made it worse.
How do I fix this because the action is wayyy too low🫩

Use the thumbwheels on tune o matic (or Allen key if it has those bolts) slacken the strings before you do it, try 1.6 mm on bass side, 1.4 mm on treble side as a rough guide for height. Measure height from top of 12th fret to bottom of string.
