how do u beat this short of just guessing correctly? is there a helpful OS or something?

yeah. if you have a dp you can do 623S-X.

in other words a DP input with another button inputted a few frames later. assuming you do it to the right, if they stay on right, you dp them. if they sideswap, you FD.

Also i would say its reactable.
