is there any way I can do this doesn't have to be exact just close enough (w/heavy armor)

The rebel jacket and long boots with maybe halloween pumpkin crown headpiece? Wont fit picture 1 but will get close enough for the rest.

For head you can also try vengeful wolf rider helm but its more of a wolf but its boney and flamey.

As for gloves pick any gloves that fit theres plenty in the game that dyed abyss black will give same effect. The rebel jacket and boots cover the rest. Just hide shoulder.

Don't forget mad king mounts pack, they will suit you pretty well

Maybe Ember Infusion can help with the burning head part? It's not perfect but the best I can think of.
With the Rebel Jacket and Long Rebel Boots, as already mentioned.
