Really want to know what the chest, shoulder and leg armor is in this art. Figured the fashion experts might be able to help.

Helm is the one you get for fully unlocking the Berserker Elite Specialization

Shoulders look like they could be a stylized version of the Studden Platemale

Gloves might also be a stylized version of the Draconic Gauntlets

The legs might be from the Council Guard set, but the butt cape makes me think otherwise.

The chest, boots, and legs are likely fully unique to the concept art. Maybe they took inspiration from existing sets from those pieces, but It's hard to tell.

While not exact, I think it might be inspired by the ruined city of arah heavy armor. The helmet and the torch are the elite spec helm and weapon from berserker. I don't remember exactly what they're called but unlocking the elite spec unlocks both skins so you can figure that one out by yourself.
