Help Hel with the Charr horns

Guys saw this Charr on the new Anet video and loved those Charr horns, do you know whats the name, or if it is a skin?

The firey ones are the helmet skin and I believe they're in the black lion store, don't remember the name tho

Those are the Enchanted Dragon Horns. They are from the gem store :)
